This hour long training seminar is designed for existing users interested in learning how to prepare for a new school term. During the session you will learn how to archive a course, recycle a course, copy a course, copy assignments, and to store grades.

CourseMate! (May - June Training Dates!)

This hour-long online seminar is designed for instructors who will be using CourseMate for the first time in their classes. During this session, we will explore the assets that are typically found in CourseMate: the robust eBook, interactive resources such as Flashcards, Crossword Puzzles, and Quizzes,and the Engagement Tracker. The session will be conducted via conference call and an online meeting program called WebEx. In order to participate in these events, you must have an Internet connection and a separate phone line.

APLIA: Getting Started

This approximately one hour long seminar is designed for individuals who are new users of Aplia in their classroom. During the session you will have the opportunity to learn the basic functions of Aplia including student registration, organizing and setting up assignments, and viewing assignment results. The session will be conducted via conference call and an online meeting program called WebEx. In order to participate in these events, you must have an Internet connection and a separate phone line.

Aplia Experiments

Are you afraid of running Aplia Experiments for Economics? What can you do if things go awry during an Experiment? How do you run an Aplia experiment? If you're either new to Aplia Experiments or have used them before, this session can help. Led by experienced faculty, this session will help you to know how to setup and run an Aplia Experiment, and what to do if something goes wrong during an Experiment. Registration will cut off three days prior to session start. Pre-session work will be required, and it will be necessary to register as a student for the demo course. Information for registering for the demo course and for the pre-session homework will be sent to you via email shortly after registration cutoff. The session will be conducted via conference call and an online meeting program called WebEx. In order to participate in these events, you must have an Internet connection and a separate phone line.
